Our delivery partner model

We don't deliver IT work ourselves. We help organisations work out what's genuinely worth doing, then find the right partner to do it - chosen on merit, not on what we happen to have sitting on a shelf.

Why we work this way

Most IT providers are quietly built the other way round: whatever the question, the answer happens to be something they sell. It's not dishonest exactly, but it narrows the advice long before you hear it.

We have nothing to sell you at the end of the conversation, so the advice can stay open. What we do have is relationships with people who are genuinely strong in their area - so you get the right outcome without having to go and find them yourself.

Advice first, delivery second

We work out what's actually worth doing before anyone talks about who does it. Because we don't deliver the work, that recommendation never quietly becomes a sales pitch.

The right people for the job

Every piece of work goes to a partner who lives and breathes that one thing, chosen for your size, sector and situation rather than whoever is closest to hand.

Someone in your corner

We help you scope it, compare the options and hold the partner to what was agreed - so you're not left interpreting a proposal on your own.

No hidden incentives

We don't recommend a partner because it pays better, and we don't have delivery capacity to keep busy. If the answer is to do nothing yet, we'll say that.

Where the line falls

We're the people who work out what's needed and who should do it. The hands-on work always belongs with a specialist partner.

What we help you with

  • Understanding the problem and what's actually causing it
  • Prioritising what's worth doing, and what can wait
  • Matching you to partners suited to your size and sector
  • Helping you compare proposals and ask better questions
  • Staying involved so the work matches what was agreed

What partners deliver

  • Day-to-day help desk and user support
  • Microsoft 365 administration, licensing and migrations
  • Security controls, monitoring and penetration testing
  • Backup, disaster recovery and continuity work
  • Connectivity, infrastructure and sector-specific systems

How it runs in practice

You get the advice from us and the delivery from a partner who's right for the job.

01

We agree the priority

What needs solving, why it matters and roughly what good looks like.

02

We find the right partner

Shortlisted for the work in front of you - occasionally someone entirely unconnected to us.

03

We help you scope it

Translating proposals, comparing options and making sure nothing important is missing.

04

We review it honestly

Did it solve the problem? If not, we say so and help you put it right.

Not sure who should be doing what?

That's usually the first thing worth untangling. A short call is normally enough to work out where the gaps are and which partner is best placed to fill them.
