How it works

Working with an IT partner shouldn't feel like a mystery. Here's the shape of it - from the first conversation through to the point where technology stops being something you think about.

01

A first conversation

Half an hour, no slides. We ask what the business is trying to do and where technology keeps getting in the way. If we're not the right people, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

You'll leave with at least one useful thing to act on, whether you speak to us again or not.

02

An IT health check

We review your support arrangement, security posture and Microsoft setup. It's a look at what you already have, not a hunt for things to sell you.

Typically a week from start to findings, with very little time needed from your team.

03

A short, prioritised list

You get a handful of things worth doing, in order, with the reason behind each one - including the things that can safely wait, and roughly what they'd cost.

Written so you can take it to a board or budget conversation without translating it first.

04

Getting it done

We help you make it happen - directly where we're a good fit, or alongside the right specialist where someone else is better placed. You always know who's doing what.

No work starts without an agreed reason, scope and cost.

05

Ongoing support and review

Day-to-day support for the people trying to get their jobs done, plus a regular review so priorities stay current rather than drifting for a year.

We measure how resolved things felt, not just how quickly a ticket closed.

What you can expect throughout

One route in

Your team knows exactly where to go when something breaks, instead of asking around the office.

Plain English throughout

Every recommendation comes with the reason behind it, in language you can repeat to someone else.

No pressure to buy

We'll tell you honestly when something isn't worth doing yet - and what to do instead.

Progress, not perfection

Steady movement on the things carrying real business risk beats a hundred-page report nobody actions.

Questions people ask first

How long before anything changes?

Usually the first fortnight covers the quick wins - a proper route into support, multi-factor authentication where it's missing, backups confirmed as working. Larger pieces are planned around your year, not ours.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. Most organisations start with the area that hurts most and build from there. We'd rather you make one good decision than five rushed ones.

What if we already have an IT team?

Plenty of our work sits alongside internal teams - extra hands, a second opinion, or cover for the areas nobody has time for. You keep control; we fill the gaps.

What if we're tied into a contract?

That's fine, and worth knowing early. We'll look at what's in place, what it's costing you and when it's sensible to revisit it. Sometimes the answer is to wait.
