A free IT health check
We review your support, security and Microsoft setup, then give you a short, prioritised list of what's worth doing. It's useful whether or not you ever work with us - and it's yours to keep either way.
Support
How issues get raised, how long they really take, and what keeps coming back.
Security
Identity and MFA, admin rights, email protection and what your people have been shown.
Microsoft 365
Licence mix, duplicated tools and whether you're paying for things nobody uses.
Backup and recovery
What's actually covered, how far back it goes, and when a restore was last tested.
How it works
01
A short conversation
About 30 minutes on how the business works and what's been getting in the way.
02
A look at the setup
A read-only review of support, security, Microsoft 365 and backups. No changes made.
03
A written summary
Plain English, no scores out of ten - what's fine, what's worth attention, what's urgent.
04
A prioritised list
Two or three things to do first, and who's best placed to do them. Often that isn't us.
What's in it for us - honestly
Some organisations go on to work with us. Most of the time the findings are handed straight to whoever already looks after their IT, and that's fine.
- It's free, and it stays free - there's no invoice at the end of it.
- The summary is yours to keep and share, including with your current provider.
- If your setup is in decent shape, we'll tell you that and leave it there.
- If the right answer is a specialist rather than us, we'll point you at one.
- Read-only. We don't touch anything without asking first.
Want a rough read first?
The self-assessments cover much of the same ground in ten minutes, with nothing sent anywhere.
Run a self-assessmentRather just talk it through?
A 30-minute call is often enough to work out whether a full health check is worth the time at all.
