Accreditations are only useful if someone explains what they mean. Here's what we hold, what each one covers, and what it should tell you when you're choosing who to trust with your technology.
Cyber Essentials Plus
A UK government-backed scheme covering the basic controls that stop the majority of common attacks - patching, access control, malware protection, firewalls and secure configuration.
What it means for you: We hold ourselves to the same baseline we recommend to you, and it's independently tested rather than self-assessed.
ISO 27001 aligned
An international standard for managing information security: how data is handled, who can access it, and what happens when something goes wrong.
What it means for you: Our internal processes follow the standard, which matters if your own auditors ask questions about your suppliers.
Microsoft Solutions Partner
Microsoft's partner programme, earned through certified people, customer outcomes and demonstrable experience across Microsoft 365 and security.
What it means for you: Direct routes into Microsoft support and licensing guidance that reflects what you actually need rather than what's easiest to sell.
Team certifications
Individual accreditations across Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management and security fundamentals, kept current rather than earned once.
What it means for you: The person you speak to has genuinely worked with the thing you're asking about.
Data protection registration
Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, with documented processes for handling personal data.
What it means for you: Clear answers when your compliance or legal team asks how your data is handled.
Insurance and vetting
Professional indemnity and public liability cover, with background-checked engineers for on-site work.
What it means for you: The paperwork side of procurement is straightforward, and we can supply evidence on request.
Being honest about badges
Accreditations are worth having. They're just not the whole picture, and we'd rather say that than let a logo do the talking.
- A certificate proves a standard was met on a given day - it doesn't prove someone will explain things well.
- We'll tell you when an accreditation genuinely matters to your sector and when it's mostly a badge.
- If you need something we're not accredited for, we'll say so and help you find someone who is.
